If you want to make the most of the public kite flying zone why not take part in the Basic Kite Flying Workshop where you can come design and make your very own kite for only $7! Once your masterpiece is finished, fly it high in the sky in the same area with the help and guidance of some of the Festivals professional Kite Flyers!
All public kites MUST be flown in the public kite zones. Flying kites outside of these zones will not be permitted.
*For safety reasons no double line kites, glass line kites or 'cutting kites' to be permitted in the public fly zones. These zones are also designated by crowd control fencing.
